The SH603FC series is Quectel’s new generation of mid-to-high-end smart modules. Based on the Genio G520 (MT8371) platform, which integrates an octa-core Cortex-A78 + A55 processor, built-in ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, and runs Android 15*/Yocto Linux (Kernel 6.6)*/Ubuntu* operating systems, it supports Wi-Fi 6E 2 x 2 and Bluetooth 5.4. The NPU delivers up to 10.3 TOPS of computing power, offering robust performance and rich multimedia capabilities, fully meeting customer demands for high-speed data rates, multimedia functionality, and long product lifecycles in industrial and consumer applications. The SH603FC series includes two variants: SH603FC-WF* (Wi-Fi 6_1 x 1/6E_2 x 2) and SH603FC-AP*.
The SH603FC series integrates a rich set of interfaces (such as LCM, camera, touch screen, microphone, 4 x UART, 5 x USB 3.0/2.0, 8 x I2C, 5 x SPI, RGMII, PCIe, etc.). The module also supports video output interfaces for dual-screen display with independent content (MIPI(LVDS)/eDP/DP), significantly expanding their applications in fields such as M2M, industrial smart tablet devices, smart intercom recorder devices, edge computing equipment, vending machines, logistics cabinets, edge computing BOX, smart cash registers, aftermarket in-vehicle entertainment devices, digital signage, audio-video recorders, companion smart displays, smart home systems, and more.
