Using Qualocmm Kryo™670 CPU（1* A78 2.7GHz +3*A78 2.4GHz + 4* A55 1.9GHz）with 6nm FinFET manufacturing process, built-in 64bit ARM V8 kernel, Adreno™ GPU 643, OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan1.x, OpenCL 2.0. Internal AI processor Dual HVX and 4K HMX, AI computations over 14 Tops. Adreno™VPU 633，support max 4K@30 video encode or 4K@60 video decode, H.264/H.265. The module runs the Android 13 operating system，memory 128GB+8GB DDR5 UFS，support 5G NR sub-6Ghz, DL 4x4 MIMO, UL 2x2 MIMO, NSA and SA. Integrated L1+L5 GPS, 2x2 MIMO WIFI 6E and BT 5.2 function.
