The SNM982 series module is built on Qualcomm’s 8 core Oryon™ CPU (QCS8625), featuring 1× CorteX4 @ 3.3 GHz, 5× Cortex A720 @ 3.2 GHz, and 2× Cortex A520 @ 2.3 GHz. It is fabricated on a 4 nm process with PoP (Package on Package) technology and supports display resolutions up to 8K.It integrates a Qualcomm NPU with HVX V75, capable of up to 8K@30 fps video encoding or 8K@60 fps decoding, with support for H.264, H.265, and VP9. The Adreno™ GPU 750 provides support for OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.3, and OpenCL 3.0. In addition, the module features the Qualcomm® Hexagon™ Tensor Processor with mixed precision support (INT4 and INT8), compatibility with ONNX, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Caffe, and TensorFlow Lite, and delivers over 60 TOPS of AI performance (INT8).
The SNM982 series comes with a rich set of interfaces, including LCM and DisplayPort display outputs, touchscreen, camera, PCIe, USB, I²C, UART, SPI, and more.
Target applications include video conferencing systems, VR cameras, intelligent robots, video surveillance, security monitoring, smart data capture devices, live streaming terminals, and a wide range of other embedded AI solutions.
