The SRM975 series module is a smart module built on the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 800-series platform. It leverages a 3 nm Pro process and integrates Oryon™ custom core CPUs delivering 300K DMIPS. Onboard graphics include the Adreno™ A840 GPU and an AR engine capable of up to 310 FPS, supporting displays with up to 144 Hz refresh rate or 4K@60 Hz output, as well as up to 8K@30 fps video decoding. The module also features an upgraded Qualcomm® Hexagon™ Tensor Processor with mixed-precision support (INT4, INT8, INT16, and FP16), enabling highly intuitive in-vehicle virtual assistant AI experiences, natural interaction between vehicle and driver, situational safety use cases, immersive graphics, multimedia, computer vision, premium audio, advanced wireless technologies, exceptional camera capabilities, and entertainment. It delivers up to 64 TOPS of AI performance.
The SRM975 series runs Android Auto OS, with onboard storage configured as 32 GB + 256 GB, and supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth® 5.4. A comprehensive set of interfaces is provided, including DSI, DisplayPort, multiple CSI lanes, PCIe, USB, I2C, UART, SPI and more. The module is developed and manufactured in strict compliance with the IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality management system standard, and it supports an extended operating temperature range, delivering stable and efficient communication performance even in the harshest automotive environments.
