MH25C20 is an FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) chip in a configuration of 262,144 words × 8 bitsusing the ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technologies to form th e nonvolatile memory cells. Unlike SRAM, the chip does not require a battery to retain data. * The memory cells used in the MH25C20 can be used for 1E11 1read/write operations, which is an improvement over the number of read and write operations supported by Flash memory. MH25C20 does not take a long time to write data like Flash memories or EEPROM, and MH25C20 takes no wait time.
