MH25C128 is an FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) chip in a configuration of 16, 384 words × 8 bits, using the ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technologies to form the nonvolatile memory cells. Unlike SRAM, the chip does not require a battery to retain data. The memory cells used in the MH25C128 can be used for 1E10*1 read/write operations, which is an improvement over the number of read and write operations supported by Flash memory. MH25C128 does not take a long time to write data like Flash memories or EEPROM, and MH25C128 takes no wait time.
