The MH2435 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) based on a RISC core, operating at a typical frequency of 240 MHz. It supports single-cycle multiplication, hardware division and an integrated hardware floating-point unit (FPU).

The MH2435 integrates up to 1024 KB of Flash memory and provides up to 9.25 MB of RAM, depending on the device configuration. It offers a wide range of communication interfaces, including I2C, USART/UART, SPI, Quad-SPI, CAN, SDIO, USB 2.0 FS/HS and 10/100M Ethernet.

The MCU also integrates three 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, multiple timers, DMA controllers and hardware cryptographic acceleration. Advanced multimedia capabilities include MIPI CSI and RGB display interfaces, JPEG hardware decoding and a DMA2D graphics accelerator.

The MH2435 operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V supply over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in QFN68 and QFN88 packages.
