The MH2429 series is a high-performance MCU based on the 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4F core with an integrated Floating Point Unit (FPU). The device operates at frequencies up to 240 MHz and supports DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU).

The MH2429 series integrates up to 1024 KB of Flash memory, up to 256 KB of SRAM and 4 KB of backup SRAM. It provides a wide range of communication and expansion interfaces, including SPI, I2C, USART/UART, CAN FD, USB OTG FS/HS, Ethernet, SDIO, QSPI, OSPI and external memory interfaces.

The MCU also integrates three 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, four operational amplifiers, four comparators, multiple timers, a TFT-LCD controller, DMA2D graphics accelerator and digital camera interface. Security features include a hardware cryptographic engine, PCROP Flash protection and a true random number generator (TRNG).

The MH2429 series is available in LQFP100 and LQFP144 packages and operates from a 1.8V to 3.6V supply over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
