The MH2203 series is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) based on the Arm Cortex-M3 core, operating at frequencies up to 216MHz. The device integrates a Floating-Point Unit (FPU), DSP calculation engine and hardware support for single-cycle multiplication and hardware division.

The MH2203 series provides 128KB, 256KB or 512KB of embedded Flash memory and 32KB or 64KB of SRAM, depending on the device configuration. It integrates up to 55 multifunctional GPIO pins, a 12-channel DMA controller and multiple low-power operating modes.

The MCU offers a wide range of communication interfaces, including I2C, USART/UART, SPI, CAN, SDIO and USB 2.0 Full-Speed. It also integrates up to three 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs and 13 timers for control, measurement and embedded applications.

Enhanced security features include a hardware encryption algorithm unit supporting DES, AES, SHA and SM3, a True Random Number Generator (TRNG), PCROP code protection and a 96-bit unique device ID.

The MH2203 series operates from a 2.0V to 3.6V supply over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in LQFP48 and LQFP64 packages.
