The MH2103C series is an enhanced 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) based on the Arm Cortex-M3 core, operating at frequencies up to 216MHz. It supports single-cycle multiplication and hardware division and provides high computing performance for a wide range of embedded applications.
The MH2103C series integrates 128KB, 256KB or 512KB of Flash program memory and 32KB or 64KB of SRAM, depending on the device configuration. It also provides a 12-channel DMA controller, multiple low-power modes and up to 51 multifunctional GPIO ports.
The MCU offers a wide range of communication interfaces, including I2C, USART/UART, SPI, CAN and USB 2.0 Full-Speed. Selected configurations also support SDIO and FSMC interfaces. The device integrates up to three 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs and multiple timers for control and embedded applications.
Enhanced security features include a hardware encryption algorithm unit supporting DES, AES, SHA, SM1, SM3, SM4 and SM7, a True Random Number Generator (TRNG), voltage and temperature sensor alarms, SRAM scrambling and 32-byte One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory.
The MH2103C series operates from a 2.0V to 3.6V supply over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
