Introducing the M9PLUS-HCT-A-SMA: Superior Interference Rejection

M9PLUS-HCT-A-SMA is our new multi-band, high-accuracy, GNSS antenna based on Maxtena's proprietary Helicore® technology, designed to support L1/L2/L5GPS, Galileo, Beidou, GLONASS bands, aswell as L-band correction service, making it ideal for high-precision applications with u-blox X20 receivers.

M9PLUS-HCT-A-SMA antenna is specifically designed for operation in areas with high interference, for instance close to high power LTE base stations. Due to its high out-of-band rejection ratio it is able to block any interfering LTE signal and its higher harmonics and ensure unchanged GNSS signal quality.

M9PLUS-HCT-A-SMA is mechanically designed to ease up the integration into custom enclosures and enable the use of phase corrections for maximum position accuracy. It is available both as embedded and external version.

Integrated Pre-Filter for Unmatched Signal Integrity

The integrated pre-filter in this GNSS antenna is specifically designed to mitigate LTE interference, which is crucial for maintaining signal integrity in high-performance GNSS applications. LTE signals can often overlap with or interfere with GNSS frequencies, particularly near urban areas or in environments with dense mobile communication networks. By incorporating a pre-filter, the antenna effectively blocks out-of-band LTE signals, reducing the risk of intermodulation and maintaining clear, precise GNSS signal reception.

This enhanced filtering improves signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and enables more reliable satellite tracking, even in chal- lenging RF environments, which is essential for applications requiring high accuracy and dependability. The antenna includes an integrated SMA connector and rugged, IP67 automotive-grade components, making it ideal for applications that demand high precision and minimal integration effort or for retrofitting existing products. The M9PLUS-HCT-A-SMA also features an O-ring for enhanced environmental sealing.
